Figure this one out...

KTRK Reporter and local politics blogger Miya Shay (oft criticized by the InterLeft for some odd reason) offers up this tale of yet another wonderful example of City of Houston incompetence that will ultimately result in citizens being punished when they've committed no crime.....

So what happens if you paid your parking meter in Downtown Houston, say around 7 in the morning.. and then headed off the Court House yesterday? Your car might have been towed!
